Natalia Rincón is co-founder and CEO at CHAOS, an AI startup focused on location intelligence forecasts to improve the liveability of cities.
Due to her extensive background in smart cities, sustainable urban planning, and entrepreneurship she is usually a keynote and guest speaker at different international conferences.
Prior to co-founding CHAOS, Natalia was a councilor at the City of Tampere (Finland), and was a former member of the advisory committee for foreign talent at the Ministry of Employment and Economy of Finland. She has also been holding leadership positions at international IT firms like IBM, and EDS.
